All IT hardware and electronic products supplied by BNB Apex Solutions are genuine, sourced from authorised distributors, and carry manufacturer warranties as applicable. Warranty terms vary by product and brand. Please retain your purchase invoice as proof of purchase for warranty claims.
For consultancy, facility management, cleaning, and other services, specific terms will be outlined in individual service agreements or quotation letters. These Terms apply in addition to any service-specific terms. Service bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed quotation or advance payment where required.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, BNB Apex Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website, products, or services.
